Peak Training Lab was founded by Head Coach, Dylan Soh. He wanted to create a safe space for individuals to achieve their fitness goals through science and research-backed training regimes.
Passionate about High Performance in Sports, Dylan also trains the National Softball Mens Team and the National Golf Team as a strength and conditioning coach at the Singapore Sports Institute.
Clients at Peak Training Lab come from various backgrounds, from athletes to working professionals, all with the same goal to better their health and performance.
Physiotherapy and injury rehabilitation
Part and parcel of performance sport is learning how to manage pain while optimising sporting performance. Peak Training Lab partnered with Advantage Rehab to provide physiotherapy, injury rehabilitation, and pain management services.
Senior Physiotherapist, Alex Poon, is experienced in working with athletes including Singapore's Para Athletes, National Men's Handball Team, and the Young Lions football team. Alex's clients also include active professionals participating in various forms of sport such as pole dancing, Olympic weightlifting, and more.
Frequently asked questions
What can I expect the environment to be like?
We want the Lab to be a safe and non-judgmental space for everyone to work out at. We operate as a private training facility with a capped capacity of 4 persons excluding staff. Our clientele is made up of people from diverse backgrounds - not just for gym goers with high performance goals.
What do I need to bring for training?
Please come in comfortable workout attire and training shoes.
Are there shower facilities?
Yes, there is a changing room with a shower pod for our clients to use after training.
Do you provide towels?
We provide one set of training towel and bath towel for clients using our space.
Do you have a water cooler?
No, but a bottle of 500ml mineral water is provided with each entry fee.
Additional bottled water can be purchased at $1 each at the Lab.
I can't make it for class, can I cancel?
We understand that schedules change, but we also want to make sure that the spot can be freed up for other users who are queuing for it. Please cancel at least 12 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session or entry fee.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We prefer bookings at least 24 hours in advance to prevent overcrowding.
