What can I expect the environment to be like?

We want the Lab to be a safe and non-judgmental space for everyone to work out at. We operate as a private training facility with a capped capacity of 4 persons excluding staff. Our clientele is made up of people from diverse backgrounds - not just for gym goers with high performance goals.

What do I need to bring for training?

Please come in comfortable workout attire and training shoes.

Are there shower facilities?

Yes, there is a changing room with a shower pod for our clients to use after training.

Do you provide towels?

We provide one set of training towel and bath towel for clients using our space.

Do you have a water cooler?

No, but a bottle of 500ml mineral water is provided with each entry fee. Additional bottled water can be purchased at $1 each at the Lab.

I can't make it for class, can I cancel?

We understand that schedules change, but we also want to make sure that the spot can be freed up for other users who are queuing for it. Please cancel at least 12 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session or entry fee.

Do you accept walk-ins?

We prefer bookings at least 24 hours in advance to prevent overcrowding. However, if you plan to swing by within the day, please drop us a call.
