Personal Training

Personal training at Peak Training Lab is fully individualised according to your experience, fitness goals and time. Our training methodologies are led by scientific evidence, ensuring consistent progress. Having a reliable personal trainer creates a sense of accountability, leading to greater commitment and results.

Guided Training Programme

Have a foundation in physical training already? This programme provides a structure of your training, saving you the bulk of cost from training in person with a coach. The Guided Training Programme tailors a training regime according to your goals, with a weekly 10-min check in session. You can continue to train at your favourite gym (or at Peak!) outside of these sessions.


Looking for a private place to workout in town? Our training facility is available for booking in 60-minutes block. Freelance trainers are welcome too!
